Italians are continually scared to death by mainstream officials about a possible exit from the euro. We are told that any return to a national currency would correspond to a catastrophic collapse in the value of savings, galloping inflation and a devastating increase in prices. Objective reality, however, is the exact opposite. Thanks to the euro we have the highest public debt ever, our assets and our companies have lost value in 10 years by up to 55% and practically all of them have been bought, at a good price, by the famous ''markets'' to which we owe bow to 90°!
To get an idea of the ''euro disaster'' for our Brazil Phone Number country, know that the following companies are no longer Italian: Fendi, Lamborghini, Telecom, Galbani, Buitoni, Riso Scotti, Motta, Parmalat, Gancia, Invernizzi, Perugina , Algida, Sasso, Fiorucci, Peroni, Gucci, Standa, Valentino, Benelli, Edison... the list goes on and on. But that's it. The government works hard for the ''markets'' and for the Europe of the lobbies, creating unemployment (and therefore cheap workers willing to do anything for a crust of bread), increasing taxes, putting companies in difficulty which thus lose of value and can be ''sold'' to foreign multinationals, the true puppet masters of the whole United Europe affair and of our technical and less technical governments. The plan is clear: Italy must become the ''China'' of Europe.
Or rather... Germany! They scare us to ensure a vote in favor of remaining in the eurozone if the 5 Star Movement wins in the next elections, whose program includes a popular referendum to let us decide whether or not to remain within the single currency. To get an idea of the disaster of being forced to use a foreign currency on loan (the euro, as a currency, is not Italian) consider that in the 90s, when there was the lira, Italy was the FIRST industrial power in Europe (already... even before Germany!) and THIRD in the world. Today, just 12 years later, we are the ''Pigs'', the pigs of Europe and we have lost practically everything. But we continue to believe in fairy tales. We probably have to go hungry, like Argentina, to wake up from this nightmare.
